Cutest mood tracking app ever

I absolutely love the design of this app and the ease of use. I love how many features and options it has and I know it’s going to be a daily tool for me to help track my bipolar journey and share with my psychiatrist and therapist.

Don’t wait it’s worth it💕

Idk why all the other people are complaining about having to pay because every good app that actually works has to be paid for and by far this is the best one, I don’t mind to
pay $20 for the whole year💕💕I definitely recommend to anyone with high anxiety, stress or depression for this app 💕 much love 💕

Expensive and not very functional

Took me through a whole quiz before showing the cost options which were way more that I’ve even seen for an app like this, and then once I’d signed up didn’t offer a management plan like the quiz had suggested it would.

Can’t use app unless you pay

In the subscription details on the App Store it says a subscription is required to enjoy full access of this app but does not tell you you CAN NOT use this app UNLESS you have a subscription. So fyi for anyone who wants to download this app.

Syncing Feature

Love this app but I’d love to be able to use it on more than one device. Sync would be great.

Surprisingly Comforting

I’m very scared of AI, I’ve never been behind anything surrounding it because it’s just so creepy and I think it’s something we shouldn’t be messing with. But this is actually really cool. Since it’s not human I don’t have to worry about judgement or having my stuff told to other people behind my back. It’s surprisingly comforting and helpful. It’s really simple and easy to use and the calming imagery and theme is nice. The character of the koala is also cute. It’s expensive, but the chat feature is honestly worth it along with the breathing exercises, affirmations, grounding tools, etc. Glad I found it :-)

How this app helped me so much

Great app!

Kozy is a great app, I have only been using it a few days but have already felt a big improvement in my anxiety. It’s super easy to navigate and use, whether it be for panic attacks or generally providing help for mental health.
