Good travel companion in one light weight app
Instead of searching for the happening places or events and then finding the route on different apps , this app provides everything in one place and much faster. They are very attractive and easy!
Trips and Parking at one place!
Brilliant app. No need to open 2 different apps for planning your trip and checking for parking anymore. 1 feature request that would be great to have is to be able to add parking stations ourselves that we are interested in.

This is the best travel apps I have used so far. User friendly, easy to navigate, colorful, real time updates and what not. Amazing features like different modes of transport together, saving your trips, parking availabilities at the station if you drive to the station and then catch a train, upcoming Sydney events etc etc. There is a lot of thought and hard work behind this app which is catering to all the possible issues a traveler might face in a day or wish for. I must stay it’s a one stop shop for all the Sydney explorers. Thank you for making this happen, thank you for making this app.

Game changer
Krail is an excellent app — reliable, accurate, and super convenient. The real-time parking slot updates are an absolute game changer, making it so much easier to plan my commute. I’ve found it better in every aspect than the bigger players — faster, more accurate, and much more user-friendly. Being a train driver myself, I can really appreciate how well-designed and practical it is. Once you start using it, you’ll wonder how you managed without it.

Best trip planning app for Sydney by far
So me and my friends found this app a few weeks ago, and by now we have all unanimously agreed that it destroys the opal app in looks and ease of use! The customisation options make the app feel fresh, and the super nice gradient that is made when viewing trips is very nice to look at.
While it might not show fare details or a map, the simple interface makes getting trips on the fly super easy, and this will be replacing the opal app for me in the future!
(Also the devs seem genuinely passionate about the app so that’s a plus)

Best public transport app for Sydney.
Simple and efficient user interface. Accurate information. No nonsense and straight to the point.
I had been using paid version of TripView but the user interface was horrible and also not possible to change mode of transport.
I love the mode and plan trip feature of KRAIL app and its also free.

Great application instead of charging us money and typing station name at the last moment? which wastes time and the train goes! this application is soo much help full to see the trains last second and jump in straight without any adds! The interface is soo cool and really easy to understand! Great app

It will be good to see the bus number in the initial search results without actually clicking on each result and then find the bus number.

Browsing through Transport apps, the minimalist design of KRAIL caught my eye- I love ittttt 😭

The Best Transport App
I’ve been using both the Krail and Opal, and I have to say, Krail really stands out. The UI is sleek and super easy to navigate, with smooth animations that make the app feel fresh and responsive. It’s much more engaging when checking routes or real-time updates compared to Opal. I feel Opal is fine for basic tasks like managing your transport card, but Krail offers a more interactive experience overall with features like trip planning and smoother transitions. And now, with the new Mode update, I’ve become even more reliant on Krail for my daily commute. It’s just become that much more efficient and enjoyable to use! If you’re looking for something more polished, Krail is definitely the way to go!

Great app
This app provides route informations across multiple transport modes- trains, buses and ferries which is not available in any other public transport app.

Feature request:
- current location detection in the from/to field to show nearby stops
- accessibility voiceover is totally turned off. Please activate those elements.
- dynamic font scaling working perfectly though
- back button gesture is not right as per iOS apps push navigation. Swiping left does not back out the screen like settings and theme selector.
- map view integration would be nice
