Can’t even connect with drivers

I used to use cooee a lot when I way younger but now I can’t even connect with a single bus. I’ve tried re-download, refreshing. Nothing works. It’s better to walk to the nearest bus station at this point.

Horribly unreliable service

What was once such a great service has now become a benchmark of frustration!
None of their rides arrive on time - and even if you manage to choose a suitable time slot in advance, they ALWAYS move you at the last minute, giving you no choice but to book an expensive Uber instead! Infuriating experience, avoid at all costs

Cooee makes travelling very convenient and easy. Please have more service during peak hours.

The app is good but the service is getting worse

The service is getting worse day by day. The timings are so uncertain. You book the service and it may come 5-10 minutes early. You raise an issue about pickup point, timings, route.... No one listens.

Used to be good, now it’s bad

I’ve been a loyal customer of Cooee Bus Services for years, but I’m beyond disappointed with how far their standards have fallen. They used to be reliable, punctual, and professional, but now it’s a complete mess. Buses are consistently late or don’t show up at all, and the scheduling is chaotic—good luck planning your day around their unpredictable service.
To top it off, my recent experience with their driver, Antonio, was appalling. He was rude, dismissive, and drove recklessly, making passengers feel unsafe and disrespected. It’s clear there’s no accountability or care for customer satisfaction anymore. Cooee needs a serious overhaul if they want to regain their reputation. I’m switching to another service until things change.
