EMBEDDED WATERMARK
I downloaded the latest update for my KRH06 housing. I have to admit I was really impressed with how it functioned and integrated with my iPhone. That is until I downloaded my pictures and found your watermark on everyone of my pictures! Everyone of my pictures has the Kraken image and "Shot using Kraken Next Gen" on the bottom right. I can't find a way to remove the watermark or turn it off. If that is now a permanent feature of the app, NOT COOL AT ALL!!
There is no indication that the app would embed your watermark in my pictures. How do I turn that off?

I downloaded the newest version and found it to be a vast improvement over the other release. UNTIL I downloaded my pictures and found that Kraken has embedded a watermark in every picture. NOT COOL!!! And I can’t find any way to remove it or turn it off.
No good!
No luck, no function, is awful not good!
Not fixed
Doesn’t allow me to swap from photo to video mode when housing is closed and often glitches to the compass screen from which I cannot exit without surfacing, drying off the housing, opening, removing my phone and force quitting the app.
The app needs a ton of work
The housing itself is amazing, however the app needs a ton of work. It only reads temperature in Celsius and the depth sensor is also 3ft off. The app crashes and does not tell NDL. The auto focus is beyond frustrating and most pictures just come out exceptionally over saturated
Application shut down
P’ease provide and update has the app shuts down in the water and there is no way to come back making the housing useless
Keeps crashing
Just bought the housing and I have been looking g forward to using it. So far the hardware has worked well, but the app…. Awful. It has crashed on 5 of 6 dives so far and when it crashes you are out of luck for using it the rest of the dive. It also crashes every time I try and open the gallery. I’ve not really gotten into it too much so far as it’s brand new, but at this point I am considering returning the whole thing. Hopefully support will respond. (Also deleted and reinstalled app hoping that would make it better - no luck)

Crashes anytime you want to open gallery
Camera case for phone is good, app definitely needs improvement. Not a good feature of it crashes whenever you wanna look at your photos.
Many issues
The operation of the camera and case is smooth. The problem comes with anything you want to do with your photos after the dive. Opening the photo gallery causes the app to crash. The color correction feature does not work either, and even worse, it seems like you have to color adjust one by one. All of the photos end up in my iPhoto library so at least they are accessible, but I hoped more from this app.

Looks great, but does not capture full 4:3 image from sensor
And cannot get 48 MP mode on main camera on iPhone 14 Pro. I wanted to replace my SeaLife housing with the Kraken as I like the idea of being able to attach wet lenses, but being locked into 10 MP 16:9 aspect ratio makes this app a non-starter and essentially useless.
Also there were no clear instructions on how to fit the camera in the housing and the videos in the app all showed the old housing and app.
Fortunately there is a 3rd party app that can connect to the kraken housing and use the 48 MP mode, but it has other issues.
Frustrating. I think I will have to go back to the SeaLife sportdiver housing.

Substandard Product
Fails in several areas. Buggy, UI not tailored well to iPhone screen, Navigation not intuitive, Fonts and Icons hard to read underwater or in low light. Retires a high cost housing to the junk drawer.
Latest release Missing on screen data capture .
Love the housing. The latest software seems to not have the on screen capture of dive data that old software version had. Really liked the depth, temp, And long/lat.

App has crashed every time I go to get the pics
Why did it ask if it wanted access if I have to go somewhere else
And now I can’t get my photos cause the app won’t stay up to get them.
Zero star was not an option.
