App update doesn’t work

It doesn’t work, it keeps asking for my old password which it doesn’t recognise. Not even allowing me to re enter my seed phrases. Am worried I lost everything in this wallet. I contacted support and they also don’t know. Can anyone help?

We'd recommend trying to reinstall the wallet app fresh and restoring using your seed phrase directly, rather than relying on the old password. Good app but currency can’t be changed. Please build the ability to change value of holdings to native currency and you’ll get a better rating.

Alles weg

Denkt unbedingt an die Phrase Sicherung. Ich hatte sie nur mit dem Passkey gesichert. Und kann sie deshalb jetzt mit dem neuen iPhone nicht wieder herstellen. Weil es irgendwelche Probleme zwischen Kraken und Apple gibt. Somit sind alle meine Bitcoin weg. Glückwunsch.

Not a wallet

It's quite confusing for someone who wanted to just use a crypto wallet, that one has to charge up a specific crypto, just to be able to take out the other crypto that one put into the account already. Other wallets and platforms deduct a fee as well, but they deduct the fee of the existing crypto currency and don't demand one to buy a specific one.
How do you expect customers to trust your app with big amounts, if it's already a failure with small amounts?
Rn I'm extremely disappointed in this wallet and the customer service, which is telling me I need to pay for another crypto just to be able to take out my already deposited crypto. This is plain BS. Just set on fees of the crypto that the transaction is about, makes life easier for everyone!

Fake app

It hosts scammers and beware if you add money to this it will get stolen. I had 2121 usdt frozen the moment I tried to withdraw 741 leaving me a balance of 1400. And it vanished into thin air. And they are saying nothing can be done about it. It’s bs

Cannot get access to my wallet

After I changed to my new iPhone, the passkey saved on iCloud suddenly cannot be read by Kraken Wallet app and all my crypto is forever locked up! All my other wallet app is fine. Just this wallet. DO NOT USE

Erased Passkey

I’ve used this for years. I go to log in the other day with my passkey and it gives me an error saying “no passkey exists”. Yet I clearly see it in my passwords on my phone. I click support and it gives me another error. Now I’m locked out of thousands of dollars of crypto. Support offers no help. After 2 emails they never respond. Very very frustrating. Just use Trust.

Nice app. Has a bug

The app is self works fine for the most part. However, when sending crypto, the continue button drops off the bottom of the screen. Also has an issue transferring back to the main Kraken app for trading. Please fix this issue

Update: bug has been fixed on an app update. Works fine now.
