We’re sorry to see this review, but we would like to clarify the situation for other customers. The items in this order were purchased used from an eBay seller in the UK. Kreenex did not sell or manufacture these DVDs; we provided the purchasing and forwarding service. Because the DVDs were pre-owned, we cannot open, test, inspect, or guarantee the contents of used DVD cases. The DVD cases/discs were received mixed from the eBay seller and were forwarded as received. According to our warehouse records, all packages/items received from the seller were processed and forwarded to the customer. Marking the shipment as “Delivered” reflects the delivery status of the shipment and does not mean that we ignored the customer’s complaint. We understand the customer’s disappointment if the eBay seller’s listing did not match what was actually inside the used cases, and our support team remains available to help review the original seller/order information.
