Unexpected Additional Charges
🚨🚨🚨I already paid the required amount through the app, but when the item arrived, they demanded an additional, unreasonable amount of money. This is completely unacceptable and dishonest. They charge customers extra fees without clearly informing them in advance.

I have ordered a product since 14/2/2026 . I know there has been trading problem. But they have not even reached out to let me know whether I would like a refund , or atleast let me know where the product is at now !!
