I have ordered a product since 14/2/2026 . I know there has been trading problem. But they have not even reached out to let me know whether I would like a refund , or atleast let me know where the product is at now !!

Everything i have ordered had been delivered to me in good condition, and the prices are better than most competitors, the customer service is responsive via WhatsApp.

Trustworthy, on special orders 5/5, but on the MyBox, the only issue is the price of shipping is inconsistent.. I would expect 30k from an item then suddenly when the item arrives it is 60k and i cannot negotiate..

Never in my all these years of ordering online have I dealt with someone so unorganized as them, first they changed the price of my item from 85k to 105 cause they said the price changed, even tho it didn’t when I pressed the link, second they were very late I asked about the item once ever week, after 50-60 days of not arriving the tell me the item is refunded, made me wait all this time for nothing, If you have any other place in mind order from there not here, just came back to rant again as I have never made a review on any app before but I can’t stress enough how bad they are, do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

I used “my box” service but it never worked, i bought an item on amazon and shipped it to their office and then waited 10 days and it’s still not showing in the app, asked them several times but they did not solve it
Disappointing App 😣
The app has numerous issues, and unfortunately, the customer service makes the experience even worse. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
