Great product great support
I’ve been using Krisp for 18 months and it runs flawlessly always works and is an excellent product. I would highly recommend using it. They also have excellent Customer Support.
Best in class
I've tried quite a few of these, krisp is the best, the most trusted and consistent. None other app allows you to forget it exists until you need to recall something from the meeting. On the desktop I had to roll back to one of the older versions, however, to avoid annoying recording warnings in chat. Otherwise - amazing!

Not Uploading
For the last week I’ve been recording on my iPad and the app keeps failing to upload the audio. So far I’ve got two critical meetings that I can’t access. If I can’t upload my meetings, then why have the app? This is basic stuff and I would warn anyone who is considering this app to be very cautious about making a long-term purchase.

Menu on iPadOS doesn’t stay
Just upgraded. Now paying money for an app that I can’t change any settings on……. Click on my profile in top right and menu rises from bottom of screen and immediately drops back down.
Slow performance
The app is nice, but the performance is very bad. It consumes 1.5GB of memory, even when I do not use the app. And in general it’s very slow app. Once it starts recording the meeting, my Mac is very slow. Even so I use MacBook Pro M1
Great on desktop but
Would love to see recording functionality for iphone. It doesn’t record any of my calls even when I press record on the mobile app

Great App for Desktop, NOT iPad
Really love this app for desktop; no complaints. However, the app does not work with Zoom on iPad.
Freezes On Upload
Long awaited, but under delivers. Freezes on upload and transcript is lost. Find another app until this is fixed.
Record and save - does it work?
I tried to record a few conversations and meetings on my mobile device. At the end of the meeting, I stop and try to save a circle spinning for over 45 minutes and nothing happens. Close the app and the meeting is gone. Back to work.
“Something Went Wrong”
I used the app to take notes for a two-hour meeting. When the meeting was done, I stopped recording and saved. The app spun for a bit, popped up a message saying “Something Went Wrong,” and it was all gone. No recording anywhere. Count on this app if you really don’t care if you lose everything or not.

A bit pointless without noise cancellation
It’s nice to have this app to review past transcripts and recordings and check my to do list on the go, but that’s basically all you can do with it. Right now there is no noise cancellation feature which completely defeats the purpose of using Krisp. If I just wanted to record an in-person interview or meeting and get a transcript, I’d use the built in voice memos app, I don’t need Krisp for that. The one feature I pay Krisp for is the one feature that’s not available in the app… yet.
Side note, all audio is condensed to mono audio when using noise cancellation on Mac. Krisp, I understand the point of doing that during a call or meeting, but if I’m recording an in-person interview or meeting for use later, I really don’t want it to be mono audio. For a live call, I get it, but for a saved recording it should be stereo. If the feature does come to iPhone soon and only supports mono audio, then I would still have zero use for it. I’m not posting audio recordings to my website or YouTube if they’re all mono. Especially not when I can use the voice memos app and get stereo audio plus a transcript for free right now. I need y’all to give me a reason to want to use your app for more than just zoom meetings and phone calls.

Works half the time
At least half the time “something has gone wrong” it it stopped working and all the entire meeting transcript is gone
Remove the “Grant access to calendar events” when already given
Great app, but really not cool for spamming Home Screen when calendar permissions are already given and krisp only wants full contacts list. Stop annoying me just to get my social graph which has nothing to do with the product. Next push, remove the spam splash screen please or I’m deleting account, really annoying and easy fix. Thanks

Great start so far no issues with recording 1hr long meetings. Able to access previous meetings. Can’t wait for AI feature to be integrated!

The ux is fast and it solves a major problem for me for taking notes on the go!

Wait for release 5.0
Seriously? You turn off my headphones in order to listen to a recording of a file and now I have to hear it on the speakerphone or on the telephone to my ear. must be a feature.

EPIC In-Meeting Recording
Ok, I’ve been a Krisp fan for a bit now. This gives ability to transcribe, provide summarization, and action items for any meeting and it records as an efficiently as the KGB! Now you can bring this same logic into in-person meetings? Game changer!
Stopped recording
So far I’m generally disappointed with Krisp AI. The desktop version isn’t working for me, so I attempted to use the mobile app to record an in person meeting. The app recorded for the first minute or so, and then stopped recording so the rest of my meeting. I’m hoping the support team will come through and solve my problems but right now, I regret upgrading to pay for this product.
