Explore tab doesn’t open
The app keeps crashing and closing when I click on explore. How can one research and choose between investment options without having the chance to review any information.
Prefer the old ui for the holdings

False positive on MacBook Air
I installed Kristal app on my MacBook Air and when tried to open it the app told me that my MacBook Air is jailbroken. I know my Mac isn’t jailbroken then why is the Kristal app flashing this message ?
Referral code does not work.
Either the reward associated with referral code is a gimmick or the app is faulty

On some pages in the app for iPad, such as the Explore tab, it looks just like an enlarged version of what I see on iPhone. Please optimize so that more information can be viewed without scrolling.
Doesnt work well
Login with face recognition doesnt work on iphone11. Unclear in app which next steps to be expected after funding (feels too manual in the background)

WORST investment app
This app is the WORST AND MOST INCONVENIENT investment app I have ever used. The interface is extremely primitive, difficult to buy and sell, the portfolio is ALWAYS outdated. NO ONE should be using this platform anymore
