Very useful for parents

A handy app for parents to stay updated with school announcements, attendance, homework and important events. Simple to use, fast and keeps everything in one place. Makes parent and school communication effortless

Awful UX choice

This app is designed to be as unhelpful and aggravating as possible when you are simply trying to use it to make sure your kid is ready to board the bus or send a message to the school.

They keep harassing you about “Notifications” - you can’t possibly decline notifications according to the makers of the app.

They’d rather force their choices on you than let you reach the screen you want upfront.

I hate this app and would never use it if my kid’s school weren’t forcing us to. Yuck.

Notifications are always marked as unread despite read

Not compatible with iPhone XS Max, despite reading the notification or message, it will be still marked as unread though manually marked as Read. This makes very difficult to understand which are yet to read.

Hi there, there is a new update in the app, now when you click on the message in notification center, it will automatically get marked as read

Can’t clear notification badges

Navigating the app is hard and I can’t seem to ever clear my notification badge

Login functionality broken

Not able to login. Even the forgot password flow is not working. Fails with error”Enter number and password”. Do some testing before releasing such useless updates.

Bad Update

Since you last update I don’t get notifications on my Apple phone. Each time I log in I have to go through the entire ‘how to’ guide.
Please fix your bugs

Useful app

This app is so good. Getting instant updates about my kids login/log off and every activity she’s involved. Glad that, the images they share are in downloadable format.

Extremely poor

Design is pathetic. Upload functionality is more for the sake of providing . User will not know what’s happening and the is irresponsive. One will never know what’s happening .... to get an upload multiple efforts is needed...
