good app
is good for doing what it does and is very helpful but could probably be updated
Useful, can’t reach every function behind the notch
Needs an update so functions like peak hold aren’t concealed behind the iPhone notch.
Otherwise super useful for monitor setup in the studio as well as a decent FFT spectrum analyzer which is good for live.

Needs Update
Update please.
It’s 2024 already update the Krk app
The new Rokit 5th Gen, 3 voice mode should also be operated on the Krk phone app, instead of making use of the function button at the back of the monitors all the time.
App abandoned?
Looks like this app hasn’t seen any updates, several of the top UI elements are blocked or offscreen. Also would be nice to include some suggestions for connecting to the monitors since iPhones haven’t had a headphone jack in quite some time and since a headphone adapter and cables with either XLR or 1/4” TS are required.

Complete trash
Doesn’t even make a pink noise sound on the EQ screen, can only get a sound on the level meter. The test button for iOS audio doesn’t even work. Disappointed I spent this money on these monitors excited to use the EQ feature and it doesn’t even work!
How stupid
Anyone who would think the mic in an iPhone or iPad could accurately be used for ANY audio measurement shouldn’t be allowed to adjust anything without adult supervision!
App not optimized for iPhone screen
Embarrassing app, wouldn’t be able to use it if I didn’t have an iPad. The sound generator is not clickable on an iPhone 12.
Don’t mine our phone data!
I’m uninstalling this app until they do there next update and show they aren’t mining peoples data.
Cannot play audio via Bluetooth
The app shows my Bluetooth receiver as output L and R, but it won’t play any sound via Bluetooth, only via the internal speakers of the phone. Why? I know I can connect a cable to my phone, but that could be impractical in certain settings.
AMAZING
Love this app. Just recently bought new KRK monitors and sub. Not only did this help me balance the speakers correctly but also place the speakers as well. I also see my self using the app during mix down sessions because of its accurate sound table. THANK YOU KRK, you may have a Lifer now
eq results inaccurate
The eq results given by the app for my rokit 5s were not accurate, and when I changed the EQ by ear the results sounded more true to the mix.
From Genelecs to KRK
After using Genelecs from 2005-2019, I finally purchased the KRK Rokits G4 8’s. Right out the box I was impressed. After using this app, I was sold on their sound. I can hear details in the KRK speakers I’ve never heard on my Genelecs. I’d gladly spend $600 for the KRK pair again over the $2700 I paid for my Genelecs.
I now understand why all the producers I like have them. They are inspiring. They sound great. And I’m a believer. Using the App helps you fine tune your environment so you hear things right the first time.

Extra cables needed
App is for iPhone and iPad - Ok, but to use it on my iPhone X I now need a lightning to 3.5mm connector and a 3.5mm to 9mm Y cable. Why wasn’t the app written for Mac and PC ? Surely Thats what the monitors are attached to?
Useful audio tools
The new KRK app has some cool and useful recording studio tools. Live sound guys might find it helpful too...
Made my studio sound better in less than 3 minutes
Granted I’ve only used the “monitor align” and “EQ recommendation” features so far, but I immediately love the differences those features made! Thanks for this app KRK!
