Doesn’t work don’t waste your time!

I’ve tried this app on different devices and it does the same on all of them. Ask to create profile and keeps taking you back to the same page. You can’t find anything out about prescriptions on this app or the Kroger app.

Does not seem to work

It is not working on my iPhone

App malfunctions

App is not user friendly. It makes me enter my password every time and, recently , it will not allow me to complete my request for medication refills. Final “continue “button is broken.

not user friendly

it always wants me to add a member so i have to go back to the home screen so it remembers that there already is a member. despite checking keep me signed in it logs me out almost every time i reopen the app. all of the windows take much longer to load than your average pharmacy app. what gives?

Worst App on App Store?

Your CEO made $18M last year in salary and bonus and this app is all Kroger can afford?
This app logs you out constantly, including while in the middle of a session. Also, the security questions are some of the strangest on the internet (I struggled to find ones that applied). I’m embarrassed to say that out of the hundreds of apps and passwords I have online, I have had to call Kroger twice because I was locked out of my account, mostly due to the fact that you can’t use the app for more than a minute without having to login again. Is your Product Owner familiar with some very old technology called FaceID?

Recently, the newest version caused the app to no longer remember your device, which included answering security questions again. Did y’all QA this before going to prod or just though, Nah, this is cool?

I also haven’t received any text messages on my latest scripts so I’m guessing you broke that on your latest release. Again…did you QA this build? Run regression, perhaps?

One of the worst apps ever created

Why does this app even have a keep me signed in checkbox? Leave the app and come back five minutes later and you need to sign in again. It doesn’t even remember your username. Usually have to sign in twice before it actually works. App is slow to move between pages. Save yourself the time and just use the Kroger website until they redo this total disaster of an app.

Doesn’t work

When I go to sign up for the prescription part of the app it keeps saying that they can’t find me in they’re system even when I put the Rx number that’s on my prescription in. I sure wish they would come out with a pharmacy app that works.

Wacky

Compared to my Giant Eagle app (I use both since there's no Kroger where I'm from), this app is pretty wacky. On the GE app I can Face ID login and then I can do what I need to. On Kroger's it asks me to input a "new patient" every time I need a refill/transfer a Rx. When I go to check my Rx statuses, it bugs and asks me to put in a new patient, but if I go back and click the "check Rx status" again, it works fine. Maybe this is just nit-picky but there's my review, haha. I just think a medical service app might wanna work a little smoother.

This new app is looking good/promising

So far it’s pretty simple and clean. I hope it stays that way. It would be nice and much more secure as far as cybersecurity and privacy of you could enable Face ID authentication in the app. It would Laos be very beneficial to add a dark mode that matches the system settings.

What?

I downloaded the app, tried to enter my personal info and when I got to DOB it wanted me to “swipe” month by month backwards until I reached that glorious day. What’s the secret?
I don’t have that kind of time left. 1947 is a lot of finger swiping!

Ok but

This app should support FaceID as a way of signing in to the app.
