Order from March still hasn’t arrived

I placed an order on March 17th. It is now June 2nd and it still hasn’t shipped and they keep saying they are looking into it with no follow up. I want a refund but again no response. Will never order from them again.

Do not order jewelry from here!!

I wouldn’t personally recommend shopping here based on my experience.

I ordered a ring that was estimated to take 8–10 weeks, but I still hadn’t received it after about 15 weeks. When I reached out, I was offered a gift card instead of a refund, which I used toward a necklace that was listed as in stock and expected to ship within 1–3 days.

After waiting another 3 weeks, I still hadn’t received the necklace. I followed up again and was told a full refund wasn’t available, and another gift card was offered.

At this point, it’s been over 16 weeks, and I haven’t received either item. I would prefer a full refund rather than continuing to place new orders.

Just sharing my personal experience so others can make an informed decision.

Google this company and scam before purchasing

I placed an order through the Krush Kandy Boutique app and never received my items. After repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I had to file a chargeback through Discover to get my money back.
After the chargeback was submitted, the business owner contacted me directly by phone call and text message in a way that felt inappropriate and intimidating rather than professional customer service.
There are also a large number of consumer complaints about this company on Reddit, Trustpilot, Facebook groups, and the Better Business Bureau, which I wish I had seen before ordering.
I would strongly advise other shoppers to research carefully and use strong buyer protection before making any purchases.

Item never received.

This company took my money, never sent my item, and states will only give in store credit. Communication is frustrating.

Terrible first experience

I ordered for the first time almost a month ago. Items were supposed to ship within a week, all Christmas items. It’s now almost a month later, I haven’t received my order, no tracking info, have emailed and messaged 5+ times with no response. Website contact section has been taken down, judging by the comments on Facebook and insta, I’m guessing it’s because there are many people like me that are left without orders and no explanation or response as to when we will receive the order. They do engage with extremely defensive comments on Facebook that seem borderline offensive- (not a great look). At this point, my Christmas items won’t even be usable. Horrible customer service, horrible communication, seems to be some major kinks to work out.

I emailed many times to know where my item is and no response. I don’t know if I’ll ever receive what I paid for . Seems like they take your money and run . Please don’t buy from them .

Amazing

I love this boutique. It’s the only place I get my clothes from. Everybody is so nice. The jewelry and clothing are amazing. I never used to buy clothes for myself. Now I finally have clothes that fit and outfits that I love to wear out. I am constantly getting compliments on by my jewelry. I tell everybody about the boutique I have been with them for I think about 8 years. Just amazing and such talent.

Love Krush Kandy

One of my favorite places to shop. If I have a problem I contact customer service and always get a quick reply ( no more than a day). Returns are easy as well. Some things are non returnable but it is clearly stated which items this includes. Special orders do take longer but once again this is clearly stated . I have acquired some gorgeous pieces of jewelry and fallen in love with a brand called jHer that is a group of mineral washed soft fabric pieces that are great for lounging around the house or running to the grocery store. My only problem is I want every piece that comes out!

Top Notch!

Krush Kandy is simply the best! Such a welcoming community, beautiful jewelry and clothing. Attending a “live” is like spending an evening with your best girlfriends. The app is updated daily with new pieces. A TopNotch boutique!

Ordered a non-preorder item on 4/1 and still has not shipped! Sent email and received a response with a tracking number that’s not legitimate. Still ‘printed’ and has not scanned at USPS.

Do better

Company has so much potential but there is always some sort of drama or problem. They run preorders that won't ship out for months that most people don't pay attention to. That has really brought the company down and they are always going through "growth." Most of the bad reviews are from preorders. I do think they need to pivot and find something else that works for them.

Unreliable

For the past couple years this boutique has been falling short in customer service and timely shipping and delivery ! Kristen makes a lot of excuses and empty promises. Warehouse deliveries are very slow to be shipped. Orders are separated based on where the items are being shipped from and thus additional shipping has been noted in recent months. Emails are very delayed in response and issues have been so drawn out to get resolved. Some have gone unresolved with no feedback noted from them. I really have lost trust in this Boutique!

Do Not Buy From This Boutique

I ordered a pre-order pair of camo kicks on 12/31/2024 with a delivery date of January and when that date came and went and I inquired only to be ignored with only an automated email for probably 2 weeks then finally answer when I am emailing them daily. They tell me the date had been changed to another month, end of February. I began asking for a refund since it’s been over 2 months at this point and the emails keep getting ignored, complete lies out automated. They come back again and say the date had changed to 3/25. I’ve continuously asked for updates, refund any information and customer service is a complete joke.
They will change the date continuously or offer discounts and store credit. Why would you want store credit when you may never get your items.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

Do not buy from

Ordered from boutique. After purchased a pre order date was added to the description. Order was holiday driven and never received item. After having trouble, I found a Scam by this boutique Facebook group and was floored on how many people this lady has stole from. Do yourself a favor and find a different boutique.

Scam Company!!!

Do not purchase anything from this company! Buyer beware! Google the company’s reviews and it’ll tell you everything you need to know. You can also join the group on Facebook “Scammed by Krush Kandy Boutique.”

BEWARE!!!!

Check reviews on The Business Bureau, google, Reddit, and Facebook. The negative ones are deleted from the businesses social media accounts and those customers are blocked. There is a FB group of customers that fell victim to this boutique. Please do your due diligence before purchasing here.

There are some great boutiques, this is not one of them.

I ordered a St. Patty’s day shirt from them, and it’s my fault for not fully reading the description that it would ship out in 10 business days (ill take that fault), but when I emailed them wanting to cancel the order because I would not get it in time, they said it could not be done. No where on the advertisement did it say final sale, and the order has not even shipped yet. They have Poor communication, and they advertise for holiday clothes full price knowing customers won’t get it in time. Not impressed at all. If you want to shop at a good boutique shop AveryMae or Whiskey skies. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with them!

Horrible customer service

I ordered some cute Christmas outfits on Black Friday. My order was suppose to ship in 4 to 7 business days. After waiting three weeks with no communication, I emailed the company. I received a very rude voice message email. I asked for a refund and miraculously my order was shipped that day. I will receive my order the day before Christmas with no opportunity to wear my clothes. I will not be ordering from this company again. There are plenty of other boutiques with cute clothes and excellent customer service.
