The best app blocker on the market right know

Waw! The only app that actually stopped me from scrolling

Tried every app blocker. Tried grayscale mode. Tried leaving phone in locker. Nothing worked bc I’d always find a way around it or I’d need my phone for something and then “just check one thing.”

KRUSH actually locks you out through Screen Time API so there’s no workaround. You can’t “just turn it off.” You committed to the workout block, you’re locked in. That accountability is exactly what I needed.

If you’ve tried other solutions and failed, this is different. This one actually works.

It’s worth a try and then you love it.

Got two times more workout time, I’m also working out full mornings sessions too now and I get to track my achievements. It’s great to have a workout diary, and all the work you have done pushes you further.

Training without distractions

The biggest downside of being on your phone at the gym isn’t the time wasted. It’s what you end up seeing. Scrolling through fitness content between sets often turns into comparing yourself to curated highlight reels, which can quietly take the focus away from your own progress.

KRUSH removes that distraction entirely. No scrolling, no comparison, just training.

Since using it, my mindset at the gym has noticeably improved. I stay present, my workouts are more efficient, and I leave feeling accomplished instead of distracted. It solved multiple issues I didn’t even realize were connected.

Elevated my entire wellness routine

My morning gym session is sacred time for myself, but I was letting my phone interrupt that flow state constantly. Checking notifications, responding to DMs, getting pulled back into the chaos I was literally trying to escape by working out.

KRUSH has helped me protect that boundary. When I’m training, I’m fully present. The mind-body connection is so much stronger. My workouts feel meditative now instead of fragmented. It’s changed my entire relationship with my fitness practice.

Also my skin is better because I’m not doom scrolling cortisol-spiking content between sets lol. That might sound weird but stress shows up in your body. This app reduces digital stress during the one hour you’ve carved out for yourself. Game changer.

Amazing

“Should have downloaded this a year ago”

Work 60+ hrs/week, gym time is precious. Was wasting it scrolling between sets. KRUSH locks my phone, forces me to focus, and I’m done faster with better results. Simple. Effective. Should’ve found this sooner.

Helpful for gym axiety

idk if anyone else deals with this but i get so anxious at the gym that i literally hide in my phone between sets. like i’ll finish a set and immediately grab my phone and pretend i’m texting someone just so i don’t have to make eye contact or feel like people are watching me.

the problem is then i actually DO start scrolling and 15 mins later i’m still on the bench doing nothing and feeling even more anxious bc now i’m that person just sitting there on their phone.

This app fixed this in a weird way i didn’t expect. bc my phone is locked during my workout, i can’t use it as a security blanket anymore. and honestly? it forced me to just… lift at the gym

KR

Needed this app. So practical

Exactly what i need

I’ve been looking for an app like this for a long time. My main issue is that i’m aware of using my phone in the gym but it’s gotten to the point where i do it on autopilot. And before you know it, my focus and drive in the gym fades. With krush it makes me pause before i scroll which helps me catch myself. Simple onboarding and gets to the point👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

LOCKED IN

Tried a couple of other apps, but this one is by far the most intuitive. Whoever built this clearly uses it himself.
