I'm very disappointed in the new app. Usually an improvement is made, but this new app does not allow me to do the things that were very easy before. I am going to be doing some changes with my account .
Garbage
Will not let me access anything says I’m logged out when I click on anything. It also logs you out when you switch menus.

Terrible for mobile deposits
I switched to Killbuck Savings Bank from the Commercial & Savings Bank. The KSB app is terrible compared to CSB when it comes to mobile deposits. CSB mobile deposits are immediately approved and post to my account. KSB app requires manual approval by a person 98% of the time and doesn’t show up on the account right away. For that reason I have kept my CSB account and do all my mobile deposits through the CSB app/account.

Wish it didn’t update
Don’t Iike the new update at all. Only shows my last 4 recent transactions! I like to be able to see days before not hours before.
