The new app is tremendous in improvement compared to the old one from a few years ago. Works well. Remote deposit is way better now.
Too many steps
This app is clunky. Not intuitive. Too many steps to login, find your account and FIND sign out. Please look at GPCU’s app. It’s much better.
A huge improvement
The new kcu app is really great. The app is way easier to use. Looks nice too. They overhauled the entire thing. I’m so glad they did. All we need is a way to add Apple Wallet via app.
Great New Update!
I love the look and feel of the new app! It’s easier than ever to use and makes managing your money simple. Logging in via Face ID is so convenient. I’m able to easily view my accounts, transfer money and deposit checks. I highly recommend having the app if you’re a member.
So easy to use
Love the new app. It is so user friendly and I like how you can do everything under one sign on. Bonus points for having Face Recognition as an option to sign on!! With remote deposit, I hardly go to the branch anymore. I miss the friendly employees but this app definitely is a time saver.

Dec 2022 Update is great!!
The updated mobile app is a lot more technologically integrated; for example, the remote deposit is a click of a button instead of a different login/multiple steps, and debit card controls are in the app. Organizationally it’s very intuitive!

Love this new format! Login is so much easier with Face recognition. Remote Deposit Capture is also so much quicker.

This new app is very useful as wells as very fast to get money moved and view your account balances! This app is also very user friendly and easy to get around it and not have to log in every time you want to go to another product within the app!!! I highly recommend this app

Frustrating to use
Difficult and frustrating to use, logs you completely out any time you want to access a different feature such as mobile banking vs bill pay. Credit card management opens up a website instead of being integrated into the app. I love KSU FCU so much but please work on the UI for this app. 💜

Will not let you view your balance ever!!! App constantly crashes. Terrible mobile banking app. Will be switching to a different bank asap.
Unreliable
App doesn't work 90% of the time (iphone 11 pro max) - mostly related to "itsme247" service being extremely unreliable. Goes down around 12am-10am every day or just doesn't load anything on the website or the app. This also seems to be synonymous with the debit card network going down, where around 2am-5am your debit card just won't work, even at the banks atms, which also go down daily about that time. I've never had this many problems with a "bank" before.

Really need a new banking app
Idk why but this app is really messy. Love the remote deposit but it’s slow, the app is mostly a browser too.
