When combined with your mandatory minimum deposit, this policy creates a perfect trap for occasional users. This infrastructure is meant for sporadic services like printing, yet you are systematically exploiting the irregular nature of this usage to bleed leftover balances dry. This isn’t cost recovery; it is a brazen cash grab designed to parasitically profit from the very way your service is naturally used.

Wollte etwas DinA4 ausdrucken, kam A3 heraus. Hat 4 Euro gekostet. Wurde NICHT angezeigt. Lächerlich. Weder preis noch Größe.
Kamera wird blockiert
Die App funktioniert grundsätzlich gut - wenn ich allerdings den QR Code Scanner benutze, wird die Nutzung der Kamera in anderen Apps solange blockiert bis ich mein Handy neu starte. Das hält dann an bis ich die App erneut benutze.
unerträglich
Nur um ein paar Seite auszudrucken braucht man viele Formular auszufüllen. Die App ist zu umständlich, schlecht designed und will auch extra Kosten beim Aufladen. Absolute Frechheit.
