I used to brain-dump into a notes app but nothing ever came of it. Having Vali actually respond and ask follow-ups makes me process things instead of just venting into a void.
No more dependency
I got annoyed when the session ended before, but now I realize it's actually helping me to not spiral. I'd go on and on about one thing if there was no limit.

My partner keeps asking to use this app after hearing me talk about it, but they're on Andrọid and it's iOS only. PLEASE make an Andrọid version!

I was genuinely surprised when it connected something I’d talked about a month ago with what I was sharing today. It made me realize, to my astonishment, that I’ve been carrying a lot of unwarranted guilt about things I’d simply taken for granted……
