Hey, thanks so much for the detailed feedback, and glad to hear the bill negotiation feature has already paid off for you! On the Freedom card recommendation: you're right to flag that "entertainment" and "select live entertainment" are different things, and if our suggestion isn't reflecting the current quarterly category correctly, that's worth digging into. On Boost: good news, you don't need to use the specific card we recommend to still earn it. What matters is activating Kudos Boost before checkout, since that's how we get credited for driving the sale in the first place. If you have other rewards programs installed, make sure to click Kudos last, since clicking multiple programs can sometimes bump our credit for the purchase. We then pass along 100% of whatever commission we receive to you as cashback. The one real limitation is individual store apps. If you check out through a retailer's own app instead of a browser with the extension active, there's no way for us to track that the purchase came from Kudos, so there's nothing for us to pass along. That's more about how the purchase gets tracked than about which card you use. Really appreciate you taking the time to write all this out. Good idea, but terrible execution
On top of that they didn’t bill me for a 1 year subscription they billed me for a lifetime subscription and both Apple and the App developers refuse to refund the mistake because the purchase of the lifetime subscription is non refundable under their terms. If I had purchased it sure, but I didn’t purchase it you incorrectly billed me for it, so they stole $130 from me and refuse to do anything to make it right. Their resolution to the problem was offering to give me tips on how to use their app better even after I told them why I didn’t want their app.

Only change I would ask for is better UI on the home page to do quick searches for coupons/discounts available with cards and even better if location based feature automatically pop up discount or right card to use based on location.
