Difficult to use
I was excited to try this app out after getting an ad on social media. I downloaded it and added my card which took multiple tries as it kept glitching and closing out. I had to add my one account about 6 times before it saved. Then the page to sign up for premium $80/yr wouldn’t close out. I had to close and reopen the app multiple times to just get to the main page. I attempted to see what the benefits for the one card are and everytime I pushed a prompt it went back to the premium sign up page. After over 30min of complete frustration I closed out my account and deleted the app. Not worth the time or money.

USELESS WITHOUT PAYING FOR PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION- DO NOT DOWNLOAD
Let me start off by saying I never write reviews for apps. But I feel I have to after what I experienced with this horrible app. I finally downloaded it after seeing multiple ads on Instagram. I put in all of my credit cards, linked all of my accounts and created a Kudos account. After I did all of this, it prompted me to upgrade to premium for nearly $100 annually. There was no getting around it. I tried closing the app and opening it again. Nothing would let me bypass the premium up charge. Why would anyone pay $100 for an app that they don’t even know if they would like? At least let me see what the app is like before holding me hostage for a ransom. I wasted all of that time linking my accounts for nothing. I’m very disappointed in this app and beyond tired of subscription culture.

Subpar support & automatic benefits tracking
I paid for the lifetime VIP
subscription because I was specifically looking for an app that would track the redemption of benefits automatically. This claims to do that but it mostly does not. I have found multiple benefits that I’ve raised to support that were not properly tracked. They also claim that you get better support with the VIP membership but I’ve had this app less than a month, raised my first ticket almost 6 weeks ago and only one of the three issues has been addressed. My last email took 3 weeks to get a response. It’s also only one “person” who responds. If you’re looking for great support when things are wrong or automatic benefits tracking, don’t choose this app.

I agree with previous reviews that that constant push to upgrade is super annoying. Without the upgrade features the app is pretty useless. There appears to be plenty of advertising, app should make their $ from that.

Legit Cash Back
Very easy and straightforward to use. I just added the plugin to my browser, added my card info and when I go to checkout it tells me the best credit card that I have to use and I earn extra cash back. Would recommend!
Worthless free version (constant nagging to upgrade)
I downloaded this app to see what deals I was missing, but within minutes I was bombarded with endless pop-ups pushing me to pay for premium. I kept thinking, why would I pay for something I haven’t even had a chance to try? Even after getting past the pop-ups, the dashboard was still filled with ads for premium, and I couldn’t even figure out where the actual savings were. Deleted it and won’t be using it again.

Good idea but free account is worthless
Everything in the app is geared toward getting you to sign up for premium. Free account is worthless. They really need to provide a bit more value to entice upgrading. Unfortunately they ask for a lot of info including card info and logins to connect to card company. Thankfully there is a feature to delete account in the app.

Great rewards
I always miss out on the card to use but thanks to Kudos I’m always reminded of the best card to use to maximize rewards.
Cheapest version is $63
No free options, which feels like a bait and switch when you download and go through all the steps, just to realize that
Shady tactics
Don’t make people go through the whole registration process, add credit cards, etc. and then hit them with this large subscription cost. That needs to be more upfront and definitely before you make people connect their credit cards cause now you have access to all of their data even if they don’t subscribe which seems like a shady tactic.

App won't let me erase data or delete account
After linking several of my credit cards via Plaid, I was turned off of the app after being hit with a strong paywall / upsell. Neither the Erase Data or Delete Account functions seem to work even after I tap the confirm buttons.
Great at organizing and helping find savings!
I was skeptical when I subscribed but immediately saved a few hundred dollars on one subscription and have already seen benefits from organizing and prioritizing my credit cards. There are so many incentives and programs out there. But kudos helped clear all that up in a really user friendly way!

Kudos is so helpful for getting the most bang for your buck! Helps you choose the right card to use, applies all offers in a quick few taps, and lets you know what benefits you might be missing out on. Also helps lower bills. They were able to reduce my Verizon bill by $10 a month and I didn’t have to make any calls!
