Terrible service
The delivery partner network is next to none existent. I placed an order at 12:50PM and the restaurant confirmed that the order is ready for pickup at 1PM. However, more than an hour has passed and no one has picked up the order.
In the app, it showed that the order was not ready. Blatant lie.
We raised the issue to customer service and they responded “On the way” and no response since then. They won’t pick the call either.
If they do not refund, this is downright scam and we are not the type who let these slide regardless of the amount.

Completely Unreliable
Do not use this app to order food, the delay in delivery is unacceptable and customer service is of no help. Their phone number doesn’t work and their support via whatsapp doesn’t respond even after they see your message.
Customer service can be improved
Had to reach out and wait for long to get customer support. Otherwise everything is good
Never deliver on time!
Avoid ordering if you need your food delivered on time, especially if you have diabetic family members. They consistently delay delivery by an hour or more.
