Dev please prioritize
We are fully dependent on this app for our thermostat scheduling and it doesn’t work for iPhone. Please prioritize this P1 bug. We can’t change our thermostat schedule without it since thanks unit requires us to use the app now that we have the remote installed on it. Please this is an important fix for iPhone users.

Doesn’t stay connected
It worked fine for at first but after the last OS update it doesn’t stay connected making it obsolete. Needs an update to fix bugs.
Worst App on my phone
By far the worst app I have. Units will not connect to WiFi. Took me 3 days to get my 3 units to connect, and then all 3 disconnected for some unknown reason. Don’t believe the 5 star reviews, which are clearly bought and paid for.
Doesn’t work
You can no longer log into this app. Extremely frustrating.

Can’t even log into my account. Click login and it just blinks then brings me back to the login page
Expensive mini-splits, terrible app
Fix your app, or make your mini splits cheaper. The actual heating and cooling is great, but your app is littered with bugs, and is impossible to use.
Glitches
Just a bunch of glitches. Saved programs don’t show on the app.
