Add an option for no bag (and no fee)
A baggage fee makes sense only if you actually need a bag. Add an option to remove the bag and the fee. I only ordered one drink and don’t need a bag or an extra fees. I won’t be purchasing using the app until the fee is removed. Thank you.
Kinda works
You can order and stuff but applying offers doesn’t work. Happy hour you can’t even apply the coupon on the app, even though it advertises you can.

Loved it 10/10 everyone should download made my life 4000 bajillion times better made me millions in bubble tea. Great formatting and usability kung fu tea is the bestest things in world
Hard to apply the offers
I tried different coupon or offers they have on the app. It’s really hard to apply these offers when ordering online. No option to apply it. Every time I had to order in person instead. Please fix soon.
