The app works most of the time, but sometimes it's left me hanging!

Barely works
App barely functions properly. Check-in in is a glitchy mess. Jan 2026. Super frustrating to use.
App is great in theory
Excellent idea and sometimes it even works but I've noticed the last three times that the listed wait time is a lot different from the reality.
Example: let's say the app says it's a 43 min wait, I plan accordingly, trying to be there five minutes early. Then, 20 minutes later, they call saying they're ready for me, and I haven't even left the house yet.
So I get there as quick as I can and they say 'okay five minutes'. 25 minutes waiting later, I get my haircut. It's clear that they're punishing me for being late but I was just using the app's projected timeline.
So if the time is incorrect then maybe don't list it? It's not like I'm even trying to follow it exactly, I understand it won't be totally accurate but if it's not even close then what's the point?
