Good game but no reset option
Any chance there could be an update involving the integration of an option that erases all game data

then it loads and closes

I can not find a save button to change to another device.
Scene Background bug
I honestly love this game but I bought several Scene Background changes and when I select them they do not change the appearance of the hospital at all. I paid money to buy jade so I could get these but they do nothing. My hospital still looks the same no matter which scene background I pick. Please fix. This and I will change my rating to 5 stars.

Love but stuck
Love this app but am stuck on a quest to upgrade bonsai to level 4. It says that a letter needs to be unlocked, but I am not getting the needed letter. Is there a special offering needed to receive the letter to unlock this level? Up until this task I have loved the app.

閒公子一碰就死機了！！
更新後，每次閒公子出來，一點他，屏幕就凍結了，要再重開遊戲，但每次再點他，結果還是一樣，搞得「每天任務」根本完成不了！
