Provider Review
Over the past few years, the developers of this app have been actively making feature changes that result in making the app worse. They keep changing features and making things way more frustrating and unintuitive for the RBTs. On top of this, the app falls apart and stops working and starts lagging and freezing for everyone at least once a day. Whoever is in charge of the feature changes needs to be replaced and the server stability is laughable.

I didn’t expect much. I have been using this app for a few years now and it just gets worse and worse.

I love this app, but in Italy nobody can use it, I’m Italian… may be possible to develop an Italian version ???
Kure App (FDPA)
Helpful when parents need to cancel after hours. Good for staying organized. I love that it sends reminder texts to the parents so we don’t have to. Overall efficient.
Compleat Kidz
The app is amazing, I love the new update they added to the app. I am notified when someone is cancelled, added and when my appointments start. No glitches, just an smooth working app.
Great App!!
This is such a great app! The features are very easy to use and navigate. I love that notifications come in right away when there is a cancellation for a client. An improvement that would be helpful is a notification for any schedule changes made on the Kure App, that way the app doesn’t need to be checked so often, only when needed.

This app has a few glitches but overall is a great app. It allows everyone to be on once accord one the clinic. I like the broadcast sent on the app as reminders. When there is a glitch, it is fixed within one day.

Kure- Great App
Kure has a few glitches every now and then but they are quick to get anything fixed. I love that parents can see the progress of their kids after sessions and I love that it’s an easy was to communicate to others when needed.

Easy to use
This application makes communication a breeze. I can review my daughter’s session note, confirm her appointments remotely, and add personal notes that I want the therapists to see if I’m not the person dropping her off sometimes.
Highly Recommend
Honestly this app keeps you up to date with what your kids are doing and how they are progressing. I really recommend it and using complete kidz for any developmental issues.
I’m old fashioned
I prefer calls vs communication in an app. The One time I did need to use the app to cancel an appointment, it did not get to the clinic. I do love getting my child reports via linked text messages though.

Very Good App to Have
I am still getting used to the app but love it so far. There are kinks that come up but these are resolved quickly by the Kure team! Alerts are sent quickly to staff and I love that the parents/caregivers can also use the app to see info about their child’s sessions.
