Purse out of stock
I ordered a purse on a Thursday and noticed it was not updated by Saturday. It said still processing. So I contacted customer service on Sunday and was told to wait until Tuesday to receive a email about the purse. And I was told that the wallet was already shipped and was given a tracking number. I noticed the purse said out of stock on Sunday as well. Monday I receive a email stating that I will

Kurt Geiger is more than just a brand. It’s family! I love the store and the app. I usually shop in the Kuwait store and the sales personnel can’t be beat. Their customer service is impeccable!
Whenever I go home everyone ask me young and older, “where did you get that bag, shoes or accessories ?” I told them, “KG!” Now, they love it too. I had to order from the app to purchase items for friends and family in the USA. They love it too! It was easy to use and when I needed help from customer service with a question, they responded to me immediately on the phone and in an email. Totally awesome. Kurt has something for everyone! Kids, men, teenagers and etc. I love it ! I will always shop there and I will always look good. Thank you Kurt Geiger.

The app does not filter for sizes that are in stock
I find using the app frustrating as when I filter for my size, it brings up everything including items not available in my size. I have to trawl through every product hoping when I click on an item it is available in my size. I find this very frustrating and often give up as can’t be bothered to continue on. Please fix this.

Absolutely awful app. Searching for tracking info from a link thats been send to you via email and on the app never displays and always says…. whoops…!!!

Horrible tracking
It’s been over a week now and i haven’t received any notification of my order being shipped, and when I use my order # and zip code to track my order the button to track , just resets and nothing . It’s really upsetting because it’s a gift and I’m trying to track it to make sure my wife doesn’t see at the door before I can even surprise her First and last time buyer.

Your website does not automatically allow name, card information, etc. to be automatically filled in .also It's always helpful to have the height of items listed
Wrong address
horrible. it was sent to the wrong address and the package wasn’t even mine. they took $200 and the service bot isn’t doing any help. I contacted fedEx and they are bad with communicating. they are pretending to investigate where my package is , but won’t do the least to email me, etc. it’s the APPS fault. They have cute shoes and purses, but don’t let that fool you into thinking they are professional.

App is a joke
Just an awful app! So slow, so confusing and just not working properly, have to clock on everything three times before it starts doing anything. For such a high end brand such a cheap and awful app, font keeps changing, zooming in and out on its own. Most of all, forgot my password and they send an email to reset, when I did that it took me to website automatically logged me in, but I cant rested it on the app because its asking for old password, guess what if I knew that I would not be reseting it would I?
Such nice things in the shop, but a lot of patience needed to go through a stupid app. Shame
