Very worst quality
Very bad experience with Kushal’s app. I purchased a silver mangalsutra, and within a single use of just 30 minutes, it lost its color and turned completely black. The product quality is unacceptable and misleading. Selling such low-grade items under the name of silver is disappointing. Definitely not worth the money.

Bad Experience
The phone number in the address was incorrect, so I requested customer support to update it. However, instead of updating the number, they canceled my prepaid order, and the amount has still not been refunded. This has been a very disappointing experience.

Can’t log in to my old account. Hacked?
Asks to update email id and name that’s already registered. Getting OTPs on both id and number yet it says my email id is registered on some other number. Something is wrong with your system.
