We are sorry if you had a negative experience with sellers on the platform. We have put in various measures to make sure our users don't get scammed, and one of these is the use of our escrow system, which ensures you always get your money back if the transaction did not go as planned. The only request we have for users on our platform is not to pay money to anybody outside of the Kusnap platform, which is beyond our control, and to always use the escrow.
