My password never works. Asked for help. Sent screen shot no response.

Everything I have purchased has been well made. I’ve bought many pairs of pant and have been very satisfied. The fit descriptions all have been accurate.
Terrible for Returns!
Tried to return an item, only store credit but when trying to use store credit- don’t, they make it too difficult to even navigate that!! I love Kut clothes but I’m not ordering anything due to this experience.
BEST FIT
This brand is by far the best brand of jeans I’ve ever purchased! I constantly struggle with how jeans fit but not with these! They are insanely comfortable as well!
Zero Customer Service
App didn’t allow for me to redeem my points towards my purchase. Called customer service for help and a recording directs you to the website and never connects you to a human ! Emailed customer service through the website asking for help, only ever got the auto reply and no actual help.
The app was designed by a grade-schooler ? It is so clunky and poor functioning.

Wish my saved items would stay in my cart if I don’t make an immediate purchase.
Wrong item
After ordering a pair of jeans, that I loved. I ordered a second pair and received the wrong item! I returned it finally after having issues with trying to do that I just got my refund. I just re-ordered the original pair of jeans and we will see if the right one is sent if so, I will redo my review.

Most of my jeans are from KUT. I'm 5'10" and 99% of the time they are the right length and I love the fit!! KUT is my go to brand.

I’ve had so many issues with shopping with Kut from Kloth. Once he’s Dave app and size kept changing at check out and so does price. Quality is subpar for the price

You can’t go wrong with any style of Kut jeans. They fit like a dream. I purchase the exact same size every single time. I’m a huge fan! They always have great promotions too!🩵🩵🩵
Needs work
Some highlights as I LOVE your brand. Search function not placed correctly, so if you tap it, doesn’t let you search-can’t believe this is not fixed yet. When checking out if you tap on the suggested items to add to purchase, won’t take you to the description. Why not have one type of let’s say Meg High Ruse corduroy pants and show it in different color variations instead of listing these each separately? Also, why hide the color of those pants in the description-just list it up front Lastly, impossible to find returns on the App.

Can’t access plus sizes
The app would be nice if I could access the plus category. Shouldn’t plus sizes be included in all clothes, especially when filtering by size instead of being a completely different section?
