App crashing multiple times…
you guys should not be charging for content till these bugs are not fixed because I am not abe to access the app and my subscription is expiring each day .

I have taken premium subscription for 1 year, today app got logged out and not able to login to app , getting error “pleas check your icloud account and try again”. I dont have any issues my apple id pls check and fix the issue ASAP. FYI, still premium membership is valid, not lapsed. Facing same issue on iphone and ipad

App is crashing
The app is crashing again and again with message that the Apple ID is not authorised for this app. Where as in the past the same id password was used and things were working.

My son enjoys watching kutuki. As a parent I too look forward to new videos. Keep up the great work Team Kutuki

We love this app as it is very cleverly designed to catch a child’s attention and retain his/her engagement.
Not to be trusted
This app should not be trusted. I purchased an annual subscription and just after 8 months am being asked to purchase an annual premium plan which is actually 4 times the original cost. Also the app is not good enough as half of the items don’t work and crashes frequently. Please look for alternatives.

Subscription Issues, but Wonderful Content for Kids
The app is good but I subscribed to 1 year plan today. However, when I am going to the app, it shows the validity has increased by 1 year but I am unable to access any material. Increasing my rating to 5star due to the great content for kids on the app. My issue got resolved in a day

Issue with subscription
It is a great app and a lot of learning but there is an issue with the subscription.
I paid for the 1 yearsubscription yesterday and the amount got debited but when My daughter logs in ti Kutuki it still asks to apy for the subscription.
Please fix this or refund the money

Good App but issues with subscription
Dear team, the app is interactive and fun, definitely recommended for young kiddos.
However there is an issue with the in app subscription as the details do not reflect in the Subscriptions tab on the iPad nor have I received any confirmation of the subscription via the App Store.

They have really nice content that allows young ones to engage and learn in a fun way. Also their teachers are superb. Loved my experience with Kutuki
Interactive video not playing in IPad
This app is amazing, my kids loves it. Just small problem Interactive video not playing in IPad. Now after installing again t able to login.
Thoughtful and diverse range of stories and songs
Kutuki has some amazing, extremely thoughtfully created content, perfectly suited to all Indian kids. The diversity of languages and representation is fantastic. The songs are a wonderful mix of learning and fun, super catchy and sure to stick in your head! I especially appreciate the beautiful animations and characters that stories are told through, wish I had these growing up!
