We are trying to reach to the main person who can help us changing our kids teacher for the last few weeks, but we are having a hard time in connecting with the team it is not a great experience. Hopefully they understand and help this platform to get better.

App that doesn’t do anything

Don’t enroll child for long term. Too big to take care of the customer. Robot customer service. Waited 73 hours but no Human interaction. Worst customer service.

Please allow parents to do important things

Your new feature introduction, ptm feedback windows does not close ever. They really don’t allow users to skip them and do something else. The new feature and match gym thing will not allow me to go inside the app and do anything. Not always we will have time to do these things. Your POs need to think through.
