I registered my son for Code and Maths about four months ago. I discovered an issue with my son's development and reached out to someone three months ago, right before the start of summer vacation. However, I have yet to receive any response regarding this matter. They don't even keep a record of the number of calls made on the student's file, which is completely unprofessional. Over the past three months, I have spoken to six different people, all promising to call me back and raise a ticket. Yet, no one has bothered to contact me within 24 to 48 hours as promised. This bus service is one of the worst I have ever encountered. They completely ignore customer requests for help in providing a quality education for the students. And now, they are trying to cut the course short if they feel the student is lazy or not attending regularly. They will simply ask, "Do you want to leave?" and then reduce the session time to 30 minutes, 40 minutes, or 45 minutes, effectively ending the session prematurely.

The best 1:1 classes online!
The teachers are great. And my child loves Codeyoung so much. I suggest booking a trial class to see how your kid does. My child only does math class. But I think they have coding and etc. Overall, this is a great 1:1 online class school. And this is just the app not the actual thing they do class on. There is a site
