Worst Customer Support
If there is an award for Worst customer service in the world Bhanzu deserves it.
It doesn’t help at all
I payed the money for the app and it is disappointing the teachers pressures you a lot during the class, and the methods they teach you aren’t even that good the customer support is also trash.
Hype
Bhanzu mainly focuses only on collecting money from us. They will keep on bugging us until we pay money. Once we pay and join them in classes, if we have any concerns, they are not available. Totally waste of money and time.
And they won’t understand kids and they don’t care if kid is understanding classes or not.

Pathetic service
I enrolled my child in Bhanzu after a demo/enrollment call where I felt pressured to register immediately because I was told the discount was only available during that call. I was also told I could request cancellation/refund if I was not satisfied.
After enrollment, the experience was very disappointing. In the very first session, the class was canceled only a few minutes before the scheduled time. In the third session, I waited in the classroom for about 20 minutes, and then I had to contact the Bhanzu team myself. First, the WhatsApp support team told me that they had informed the teacher and that the teacher would join soon. However, nothing happened for several more minutes. I then contacted the coordinator, who apologized and said that multiple teachers were ill and on medication.
This is very unprofessional. If teachers are ill or unavailable, parents and students should be informed before the class starts. Parents should not have to wait in the classroom for 20 minutes and then contact the support team just to find out that the teacher is not available.
In another class, the teacher suggested there was an internet problem on my side, even though there was no internet issue from my end. The teacher also did not seem well equipped to teach a six-year-old. He used terminology that was not age-appropriate and spoke so quickly that it was difficult for my child to follow.
When I requested cancellation and reimbursement, Bhanzu did not honor my decision and instead kept asking me to wait while they tried to resolve the issue or assign a new teacher.
They later emailed me saying they tried to contact me by phone, even though they know I am in the U.S. I did not receive any call, and they asked me to call them back. If email support is available and I contacted them in writing, I believe they should respond clearly by email instead of saying a call was not connected. Written communication is especially important when there is a time difference and when the issue involves cancellation and reimbursement.
I do not want a replacement teacher. I want cancellation and reimbursement for unused services/credits, and I want written confirmation that no further installments will be deducted. Parents should ask for the refund/cancellation policy in writing before enrolling. I wish I could give them zero but there is no option for zero star.

Refund not processed after immediate cancellation
I enrolled in a Bhanzu during the demo on March 28th, the representative pressured me into a $1,200 payment by claiming a
"limited-time offer" and refused to let me off the call to think it over.
Within an hour of enrollment, I decided to discontinue and requested a refund. However, the refund has not been processed despite multiple follow-ups.
Finally Immediate Cancellation Ignored
My experience has been disappointing, particularly regarding communication, responsiveness, and the handling of refund-related concerns. The process has taken longer than expected, and I have not received a satisfactory resolution.
Based on my experience, I would advise others to carefully review recent feedback on social media and other platforms, as well as customer refund experiences, before enrolling in this program.
