App that doesn’t do anything
Don’t enroll child for long term. Too big to take care of the customer. Robot customer service. Waited 73 hours but no Human interaction. Worst customer service.
Please allow parents to do important things
Your new feature introduction, ptm feedback windows does not close ever. They really don’t allow users to skip them and do something else. The new feature and match gym thing will not allow me to go inside the app and do anything. Not always we will have time to do these things. Your POs need to think through.

Whenever I get on the Cuemath app the screen turns around and I find it quite annoying so I’m rating it 2 stars

If anyone looking to get a refund from Cuemath they give Customers virtual card that doesn’t work. They were least bothered to help me get the amount refunded and it is a really huge amount!

Good teacher. Worst customer service
There isn’t any customer service. AI generated answer when you need a response or answer. Teachers are good. App is ok for teaching. After enrolling the sales guy disappeared and stop answering WhatsApp.
Good teachers bad customer service
Good platform. Sales person disappears after making payment and Stopped answering text. First teachers way to teach didn’t work for us so second teacher now is great. App isn’t really functional. It’s just take the customer to chat to request any change or answer any specific question.
Very Buggy
Chat is very frustrating, click in chat field and then when you click on existing chat, you cannot use the chat field anymore…you have to kill the app to use the chat again
Maths class
I highly recommend Ms. Bhavna for the math class. My daughter loves her maths class and whenever she is seeing her teacher she is getting super excited and she is loving the way her teacher is teaching maths in a fun way. The cuemath team was super supportive.
Cuemath
Let’s be honest, math is crazy hard, even for me! As a 12 year old taking these lessons, I have had such a great time with my teacher Charu Grover. She is nice, so understanding and helps me a lot with the problems Im having! This app would be a lot better if I was able to check my worksheets as a student. But hey I don’t complain!

Huge fee ,Poor support, Good study material. Poor implementation of Technology
There is No way you can contact or raise concerns to Cue Math. Study material is good but they change policy randomly to access the study material.
In the feedback and Chat section, chatbot restrict you to raise your actual concerns. They also closed the Math Gym section which was actually good, standard degraded and price appreciated . Hope some one contacts to actually listen to the user pain pinnate

I am Ojasswi and I have been attending Cuemath Since two weeks and in Cuemath there are many fun ways to learn like the maths Gym it helps and it is also fun That and also the tutors have a different way of teaching us. If we get it wrong, they don’t scold us they tell us how to improve it so if anyone is looking for a good maths tuition I recommend Cuemath it’s the best seriously, the best I love attending my classes and playing the games so I say it again I recommend you Cuemath

Not the app but the actual service
I signed for this service for about 2 months… I should’ve guessed this was going to be a scam when they demanded I pay for the year… but lesson learned (about the only thing they were able to teach). The tutor was trash… they give “sheets” for students to do, if the student is unable to do it, they show YouTube video, if the child still doesn’t understand it the teacher gives the answer and moves on. The class runs on the clock is if you want to talk to the teacher you have to use the learning time for that. The class automatically closes at 59:59, for a 1hr class so if you are in the middle of a lesson or in the middle discussion with the teacher, good luck. Trying to schedule a PTA conference? Good luck no one not even the “support” staff know how to do that. Trying to get support after the payment is made? 24hr means 7-8 days… 24-48 hrs… after a week still trying to figure out what that translates into in normal people time.
