Unwanted overhaul

This app is so confusing now. I am not sure why they had to redesign the whole thing. Just to change branding? Just so Cred could say we built this? Well the designers have done a less than decent job. Guess they only cared about the UI and not the UX. Not even the core features the users were here for. With this you have lost your Moat. This is more like what Dezerv is doing and I hate that for the same reason. If this is not being reverted, I am definitely moving out in 1 month max.

Addition: This is getting worse. Money getting mixed up in portfolios, some portfolios are not even showing. Big problem with data migration maybe. Why is there a stupid CAMS based refresh button for mutual funds, this was never required earlier. Who designed all of this? And why?

Mutual Fund Sync Broken Since Feb 2026 – No Resolution Yet

I have been using Kuvera for a long time, but since February 2026, mutual fund synchronization/import has completely stopped working for me. Earlier it was working fine, but for the last several months I have been unable to refresh or import the latest mutual fund updates.

The app only shows “Mutual fund sync temporarily paused” and there has been no resolution. I have sent multiple emails to customer support, but the responses have been generic and unhelpful. It feels like the support team either does not understand the issue or does not have enough technical knowledge to resolve it. I still haven’t received a clear explanation or timeline for a fix.

Very disappointing experience for an investment platform where accurate and up-to-date portfolio tracking is essential.

Serious Investors Need the Old Features Back

The new Kuvera update feels like a downgrade in terms of usability and research features.

The older version was actually much better for serious mutual fund investors. A few important features seem to be missing now:

• Earlier, we could see 1D change for each individual mutual fund. Now it only shows overall portfolio 1D change, which reduces visibility into individual fund performance.

• Peer comparison details are gone. Previously, we could easily check where a mutual fund ranked within its category and compare it against category averages. That feature was extremely useful for analysis.

• Fund exploration and filtering also feels limited now. Earlier it was easier to browse and filter funds based on our own requirements.

The new UI may look cleaner, but a lot of practical investor-focused insights from the old version are missing. Would really appreciate if these features could be brought back.

Otherwise, users looking for detailed analysis and fund comparison may eventually prefer alternatives like INDmoney or similar platforms.

Disappointing Update - Lost a Key Feature and Simplicity

The new update has removed a core feature that many users relied on — managing family accounts under a single login. Since the update, which now seems heavily focused on showcasing CRED, this functionality appears to be gone, and there’s no clear way to access or manage family members’ accounts from one login anymore.

This change takes away a major convenience that made the app simple and practical to use. It’s disappointing to see an update reduce usability instead of improving it. If this isn’t addressed soon, many users may have to consider switching to other apps that offer a more straightforward and user-friendly experience.

A clear example of how one update can negatively impact the simplicity and value of an otherwise useful app.

New version lacks old features

I've been a user of this app for a few years now and have liked it for its simplicity and helpful features. However, the new version (by Cred) revamped everything in the app making some of the most useful features disappear. In particular, the tax harvesting feature which used to help save taxes on MFs without much hassle. I sincerely hope that the feature is revived soon otherwise, this 'new look and feel' of the app would only prove itself to be superficial.
