Worked fine until...
Was working perfectly till about 6 months ago and packed in. I have tried everything to get it back up and running but nothing has worked. KGuard please fix your app.

No mobile connection
Not had any problems with this till a few weeks ago and now cannot access it with mobile phone. Help needed please
App needs major work
App needs serious work, scrolling through footage is hard as scroller keeps moving, playback also just stops working, sometimes cameras do not load when viewing remotely, doesn't load playback from phone, this is a seriously poor app and would recommend a defender system to avoid this app

It was working fine but now with the new iOS update it will not connect. ☹️

This app works great All that needs to is READ the introduction sent with the The Device you Perched and you'll get the Cameras working.
Never got it to work
Once outside the home wifi area it has never worked.
Irritatingly you just get the whirling circle which locks all buttons so you have to delete the app and reinstall.

Used to be good
This app used to be brilliant however the last two updates have made it crash regularly, not work at times saying source is lost and if it does work it takes a good 8 minutes to load. Not impressed. Wish I had never updated it. Customer service ever so poor and is overseas so takes a long time

Not working after update
This app worked fine until the update on 24/08/16. On devices which update apps automatically we can no longer use the app and receive an error message that the password is incorrect or the server is busy. On devices which haven't updated we can still use the app and view our security cameras. Please fix this ASAP!!

Poor support - App no longer works
So the upgrade to "fix bugs" has stopped the app working completely!!! Even reinstall and re QR scan doesn't work. Poor very poor

Improvements MUST be made when u rewind the footage and you need to input the time of the event it won't let u change the time every time u try it will just clear the time I input and it goes back to the time it was displaying also the speed of the footage that is being played need to be run slower. Other than that it's a really good app to have. Please fix it

I love this app, but....
It gets slightly annoying when the text is displayed over the video for too long, and I can't find a way to remove it quicker, maybe an option that could be put in settings?
