Great app!

Our company has experienced several remote surveillance systems over 15 years, and this VORTEX is by far the easiest to install, to use, and to view and save playback video clips. Very highly recommended

Don’t get vivotek cameras

I decided to upgrade from my Swann setup to a more professional grade of cctv. I decided on vivotek due to them being more secure and used in government applications. I spent 3-4K on a 16channel nvr and a mixture of 5 and 8mp cameras. So far I am extremely disappointed. Hardware seems ok but all the software is difficult to use and glitchy. The iViewer app didn’t work the cloud app has stopped working and this app is so frustrating and poorly laid out. The NVR randomly seems to forget or revert to older arrangements and events don’t work anymore. Would suggest trying other grands as these perform similar to Swann for 4-5x the price
