Buffering issues

Constant buffering. Slow and inconsistent when needed most. When it works, it great. Unreliable most of the time

Constantly not able to access cameras. Very frustrating when away. Even worse when I hear something outside and can not see the cameras to see what is going on. I have rebooted the system and still showing offline.
