Buffering issues
Constant buffering. Slow and inconsistent when needed most. When it works, it great. Unreliable most of the time

Constantly not able to access cameras. Very frustrating when away. Even worse when I hear something outside and can not see the cameras to see what is going on. I have rebooted the system and still showing offline.

When swiping backwards through pages (set at 12 each) the bottom 6 cameras don’t load on page 2 but do going forward.

A pesar de que el equipo de cámaras y NVR son muy costosos $$💵, en esta aplicación es imposible visualizar las imágenes de video en el iPhone 13🤳 Recomiendo cambiar de desarrolladores ⚙️⛓️🧰 debido a que esta situación no es un problema reciente.
Update breaks sound
Since the newest update the sound no longer works in the app for the cameras with audio.

Latest update now I can’t even switch cameras without everything freezing up. Have to close out app completely only to log back in and have the same issue time after time. Complete waste of time with the app!
Poor app
I agree with the last review. After the upgrades the last time it does not work on my phone I called the tech and he was no help as he could not figure it out. Do not get this app it goes not work anymore!

It works pretty well
Would be nice if you had the same features as the browser to allow complete configuration of the DVR plus if the timeline colour coding was available to see motion events

This app never works and it’s terribly slow. Cameras are always blank on the app only.

This is a pretty poor excuse of an app for such an expensive system. Never shows the cameras and if it does then the app crashes.

Hello I have problem visualizing the ap on an iPhone X. I have delegated the app and installed and still having problems
Easy to use
Easy to set up and use. Love that I can clear all notifications now and export video.
