KWCH new app doesn’t work. No soundtrack on video. I like the printed version to go with since I can’t always listen to the audio. The old app was much more user friendly. I’m ready to delete this app if it stays the way it is now.

Whatever it takes to fix this, please do it quickly. We have no other source for live-local news/weather, in the farm counties, without cable and too far for antennas.
Your ads are pitiful, sleazy, trolls that show up every 20 seconds. I would gladly pay $5 a month if you just provide a useful product.
