Pay now button missing
When I try to pay my bill through the app, the pay now button isn’t there. How am I supposed to pay my bill?, Junk junk junk. Closed my account. Will never buy from Kwik fill ever again

This App Needs WORK
You still need to log in 3x. It will not update to the newest version. You have to keep signing in to get to it. I’ve never been sent anything coupons or sale information and I’ve been a member for years?
I’ve also entered daily I’d say 20 out of 30 days a month and never one any thing in the 5 plus years I’ve been a member.

i got gas after pump had just closed didn’t know was closed a minute after they took my money the guy said 24 hrs when went back the manager said 24 to 48 it took 6 days to get back

I don’t know what they did. This app used to work fine a few years ago. Now, not only can I not log on to enter any promotions, I can’t see my bill or make payments. I thought it would change after a few updates but it hasn’t. I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled etc. nothing helps. Their IT dept must really stink or maybe they don’t have one at all. In any case it’s not worth downloading this app any time soon. Extremely disappointing for a really good American company.

Useless app
This is a one star app. When you fill out all the info in app to register, it looks like you never registered. There is no confirmation, but the. I was able to login . Now let’s see if app actually works when I use it
App needs a lot of work
App is useless when driving around NY and PA because you can’t look up stores in your area and you can’t compare prices at different stores. UNLESS APP

I am unable to login or’re-register’; tapping the button and nothing happens. I am on vacation and trying to enter the sweepstakes, guess I will have to wait until I return home and continue on my desktop computer. KwikFill needs to quit being cheap and pay for some quality web development!

This app keeps either giving a white blank screen or stuck on the login page. Will not go any further.

The site and it’s compatibility with the main Kwikfill website is poor. It is zero user friendly.
HELP
I’ve had the app for months and play everyday. For the past four days it won’t load or let me log in. I even deleted the app and tried to start over. Still not working. That’s sad. I enjoyed playing daily it’s still not allowing me to even open it up. Just shuts down and I have uninstalled it twice. What’s wrong

Worked fine, now doesn’t
Had the app for months and it worked fine. Unexpectedly stopped working. Deleted and downloaded again. No luck. Must be a new “update” for the app “for your own protection “. Don’t waste your time with this app.
App needs work
You need three logins to use. One for app, one for kwik pay, and one for offers. All are accessed through one app. Ridiculous! Activated offers disappear from the time you activate them in store until you get to the counter. Not the 10 minutes they say you have.
You should be able to add your bank info to pay Kwik pay balances, which is way simpler than what is happening here.
Offers shouldn’t have another login to use, they should be available after the first login.
Developers should take a look at the Sheetz app and take notes.
