Love Kwik Trip/Hate their app
I love Kwik Trip; and their rewards program is absolutely awesome. But let’s be real..the app kind of sucks. Half the time when they have a freebie that requires adding, I get an error message. If I try to order ahead, the app only gives very limited options (especially with Coke, for some reason. The app always says the store only has diet available, even though they do have regular in stock.) I often get sucked into some Chinese sponsored ad on the app that I cannot close out of. Those are a few specific reasons I’m not a fan.

1) I don’t like having to add offers in order to use them. Just apply them at checkout automatically. Maybe this could be a Rewards+ perk? 2) I’d like to be able to see all of my transactions like I can in the Casey’s app. This is helpful for getting business-related receipts.

Brightness Adjusts Automatically
The app has a feature that cranks the brightness up on your phone when you go to the barcode scan tab so the cashier can link your purchase to your rewards. When you leave the tab it lowers your brightness to what you have it at. The problem is that sometimes something (often) something bugs and the app will set your brightness to its lowest setting making your phone screen unreadable or usable, especially if you’re outside, until you can manage to fix your brightness slider while unable to see your screen. Either get rid of the brightness adjust feature or fix whatever bug makes this happen so often.
