Initially I thought this was one of those online adverts for likes. I've tried it and if you are committed, it works. I'm still on the journey but I'm lighter, happier, and feel pretty. This is one of the best decisions of my life, to join the KWWK family to find me again!

I can’t thank Keisha enough for all her hard work. Keeping me motivated and wanting to do better for myself is an act of Godliness in itself. When I watch her videos with that no nonsense no excuses talk like she does makes me wanna do better for myself. She’s taught me about fasting which has changed my life and what foods to eat and what foods not to eat. It makes me so mad when she’s on a live chat and people keep making rude, hateful comments about she doesn’t know what she’s talking about. If they would just shut up for a minute and listen to what she is saying, her plan does work. I’ve lost over 50pds. since Sep 25, just by doing what she says. Anyway Thank You Again Keisha! Living My Best Life
This program has saved my life. I have now lost 60 pounds and counting. I no longer have high blood pressure. I can walk up the stairs without feeling winded. I came from a size 14 to a size 6. Through Keisha’s coaching techniques I have learned how to control my hormones, eliminate bad eating habits, loose belly fat, snatch my waist 🥰, curb my appetite, and much more through intermittent fasting.
