Thankful
I can’t thank Keisha enough for all her hard work. Keeping me motivated and wanting to do better for myself is an act of Godliness in itself. When I watch her videos with that no nonsense no excuses talk like she does makes me wanna do better for myself. She’s taught me about fasting which has changed my life and what foods to eat and what foods not to eat. It makes me so mad when she’s on a live chat and people keep making rude, hateful comments about she doesn’t know what she’s talking about. If they would just shut up for a minute and listen to what she is saying, her plan does work. I’ve lost over 50pds. since Sep 25, just by doing what she says. Anyway Thank You Again Keisha!
