What's New in Kynetic

1.3.0

November 2, 2026

Your coach now works with you, not just for you. • Change days in plain words. "Make Friday strength. Saturday off." Kynetic edits just those days in seconds and leaves the rest of your plan alone. • Weekly reviews and plan adjustments you approve, built from what you actually trained. • Equipment & Training Limits: tell Kynetic what you have and what to avoid, and plans respect it. • Daily Coach Briefing and Siri shortcuts for today's session and pending changes. • Planned versus recorded progress that matches your real workouts. • Adaptive layouts on iPhone Duo, plus a fix for a rare freeze when saving strength sets.

Good potential, but bugs

I think the app has great potential, but there are bugs on some features. I tried emailing the support email, but it got rejected. I’d love to help improve the app, but need to know how to contact someone.

Response from developer

Thanks for taking the time to share this. I’m sorry the support email bounced and that you’ve run into bugs. I’d really appreciate the chance to learn more and fix what you’re seeing. Please send any details or feedback to kyneticfitnessapp@gmail.com. I’m also preparing a major UI update focused on simpler navigation and improved usability, so your notes would be genuinely helpful. Thanks again, Kynetic Team
