4 years since update???
Your software needs updating. Software does not always support app as a remote control for chair. Bluetooth device doesn’t recognize it when you try rebooting. Can you guys check up on your product?

I hate the fact that this chair, that costs as much as it did (I could have bought a really nice jetted tub and paid for install for much less) has such limited functionality. It is pretty frustrating that with all these bella and whistles the user has such limited control over individual aspects of the unit. This app, I don’t even understand the point of it, really. I get more info from the chairs UI. There is no firmware information or status (I get the feeling firmware is one and done), you can’t even set default values with it. For instance the feet airbags feel like a vise while the arms could use more pressure. I don’t know, we’re not very happy with this whole experience so far.

The devs should really care more
For an app that controls a device that costs in excess of $10,000, this app is pure junk. There is simply no reason to need Bluetooth permission, the text and the buttons look like it was created in 1996, just everything is horrible about this app.
