I wish I could give a zero star. I ordered meal last Friday via the app, and paid by Apple Pay successfully. When I arrived the store to pick up and found the store was close!!! I called several times but no one answered the phone. How could the app not warm people the store is close, and allow to place the order. I contacted them via the app to report this issue. Still, no response! This app is like a fraud! I need to contact my bank to get the money back!

Broken functions
The app shows the option for delivery for my selected location but when I got to add my delivery address, nothing happens. Type my address in and hit save but it says I have to select an address, except there is no selection option. I guess they don’t want you to order delivery through the app. I was hopeful I could stop using UberEats and order directly with the Kyuramen app but it’s proven to be impossible. Please fix!!! I’d like to accumulate my customer rewards.

Notifications don’t work
The app has an option to turn notifications on but doesn’t work even if you change your settings as it tells you to. For that reason, I didn’t know when my order was complete and wasted time + lost warmth in my food.
