Broken functions
The app shows the option for delivery for my selected location but when I got to add my delivery address, nothing happens. Type my address in and hit save but it says I have to select an address, except there is no selection option. I guess they don’t want you to order delivery through the app. I was hopeful I could stop using UberEats and order directly with the Kyuramen app but it’s proven to be impossible. Please fix!!! I’d like to accumulate my customer rewards.

Notifications don’t work
The app has an option to turn notifications on but doesn’t work even if you change your settings as it tells you to. For that reason, I didn’t know when my order was complete and wasted time + lost warmth in my food.

Many of the apps services don’t work correctly. Address lookup often fails, and restaurant locations seem to be missing from the directory when searched.

Payment methods are broken
I wanted to buy food. I was trying to use Apple Pay and that wouldn’t work. I manually entered my card information and it still didn’t work. Then for some reason, even though I wasn’t in the tab for gift card, I somehow was charged 20. I used that to make the order and I waited at the restaurant for 30+ minutes. Turns out my food had been ready they just hadn’t sent the notification because the lady at the front desk wasn’t sure if I had paid. I had to wait until she got off the phone to try to explain this, per her request. This was very frustrating.

Worked fine for me
Kyuramen had their grand opening in my neighborhood nearly a year ago, and at the time ordering through the app didn’t work for me. I’ve used it twice since, including today and it worked flawlessly. They got my order immediately and was ready for pickup right on time. Food was well made and authentic. Nice to get reward points by using app. Would use again.

This app is awful. They have not integrated all the locations to actually function on the app. The rewards program is only available in certain locations. This was a waste of time! Definitely deleting this one.
Worst app ever
I can’t even get signed up. I contacted tech support and was told I need to update app and that I must have connectivity issues. I don’t have connectivity issues with Domino’s or Zaxby’s or Kroger or Amazon. But obviously it’s my problem, not their app.

I could not even get logged in. Every time after I entered the 4 digits cod sent by text, it told me it’s invalid code. I double why they just collected my phone number and not letting me use the app.

Wouldn’t recommend
Their ordering system is just faulty. I’ve ordered through the app twice and the second time is the last time. The first time, I never received the ready notification so by the time I decided to pick it up, it was already cold. The second time, I waited more than 30 minutes and when I went to go see what the hold up was, they said my order doesn’t exist. They took my money and my time. Never using this franchise again.

It works but there really should be a way to view the order after placing it in the app.
Watch out they will cancel your order without telling you.
The app will say that delivery is available. You will order and wait. It’s only when you call the restaurant that they tell you that they cancelled the order on their side because they didn’t have anyone to deliver it. Ridiculous. The app should not let you order when they can’t deliver. They should contact you if there is an issue with the order.
