I thought I would try it, but in my heart, I knew it would be a disaster and guess what?… it is.
So many items are not in stock it just says error when you try and buy anything. Also, when I price compare stuff I’ve bought off other websites everything was twice the price. This is an online app that does not make online shopping cheaper but it doubles the price. That is ridiculous.

about the delivery
customer service is good but the delivery service is awful. the day is called me and ask about my location before the sunset they said will be delivery today until night he calls me and say tmr morning will be delivery because it’s drakes hour now i said okay after that i wait and see no one call until afternoon so i decide to contact customer service help me check what’s wrong and they said because i didn’t pick up the phone. how can i didn’t pick even i have alerts when someone call i feel so strange. is it story he makes up or sth? all i want to say if you can’t deliver because of have a lot packages please apologize no one will angry but do like this is not right and also that one men call to and say like i did something wrong if you call your guests with no solution you don’t have to, waste time. customer service is a female. she’s good she knew how to communicate with guests( until now i still didn’t get my package so i decided write down here) it’s stressing me out
