Terrible , awful and dire

The worst thing about the La Banque Postale app is being locked out of the app each time you buy a new iPhone or update the iOS. The only way to get access to your account is to request an access code which is sent by post, which can take weeks to arrive. The app is badly designed and confusing and made worse by there being no English language option or English speaking helpline. If your french speaking and reading skills are at GCSE level avoid this absolutely dire banking service. L'enfant terrible of banking apps😡

En progrès, mais peut mieux faire.
Par exemple, permettre jusqu’à trois appareils en accès préférentiel. (Utiliser indifféremment un smartphone, une tablette et un ordinateur est vraiment banal)
Assurer l’accès biométrique pour tous les appareils sur iOs (TouchID ou FaceID).
Pour les messages de sensibilisation à la sécurité, prévoir l’option « ne plus afficher »
